We offer refunds for purchases made directly through our website within 14 days of the original purchase date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds for Digital Products:
We only offer refunds for digital products if they are proven to be defective or if there are extenuating circumstances. If you have any issues with your digital purchase, please contact us at support@squadmodules.com within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds for Physical Products:
